Here at The Three Wishes our sourcing of ingredients is very important to us for many reasons. Not only is it great for customers to know where we buy our ingredients but we also like to support our local growers and suppliers.

The Taste of the West Awards recognise establishments which focus on sourcing local produce and who support the hard work and passion of those individuals who make it possible for us to offer you, our guests, greater confidence in understanding the provenance of your food by reducing food miles and raising awareness of the delights on our own doorstep.
We are extremely proud to announce that in this, our second year of entering, we have been presented with a Gold Award in the South West Coffee Shop category.
After the success of a Bronze Award in our first year, the big step towards a Gold Award has been taken by continuing our dedication to locally sourced produce. This is a subject that we feel very passionatley about and hope that this passion can be detected in the quality of our food and drink.
The Chefs are proud to be working with Fossil Farm and their tender veal, fish from Jon the Fishman and Samways in West Bay as well as Ted and Jane who supply fresh vegetables and herbs from their small holding in Longburton to name but a few.
